ALL Freshman are required to submit an updated physical to MISD (attn: Becky LeMaster - becky.lemaster@mercerislandschools.org) before they can tryout. For non-freshman, it is worth checking to see if you need to submit an updated physical as well. MISD requires an updated physical every 2 years. Please verify with Becky LeMaster or with your family physician.
